We have the duty for our voices to be heard, not only nationally but at the state and local level. PLEASE don't sit at home, get out there and do your civic duty, VOTE. Finally, whoever wins, at any level, respect the process and most importantly respect the results. I'd like to extend my personal appreciation to the Marines and Sailors of the 4th Law Enforcement BN. These are some truly exceptional Marines and they made the 2024 Business Meeting special. We picked up a couple of additional Reserve PME classes. You know without the support of the MCRA, these Marines would not be properly recognized for their hard work and dedication to professional excellence. Be on the look out for our new Legislative Agenda. We will be conducting some on-line training classes for the membership to assist in getting the legislative priorities for MFR passed. Finally, I wish to extend my sincere gratitude for your continued membership and support. Your dedication is instrumental in allowing us to fulfill our mission of serving the Marine Corps Reserve community. Semper Fi, Paul K. Report out on MCRA Annual Business Meeting The Marines and Sailors of the 4th Law Enforcement BN graciously hosted members of The Association and our special guests 18 - 20 October. Their warm hospitality and meticulous planning contributed significantly to the overall success of the event. The collaborative spirit between The Association and the 4th Law Enforcement BN fostered strong bonds and opened avenues for future partnerships. The BN was fortunate to host three esteemed retired Military Police Marines who shared invaluable "lessons learned" with our MPs. These seasoned veterans, boasting a combined 90+ years of experience, provided firsthand insights into the evolution of the 5800 MOS, the strategic deployment of MPs in combat, and the rewarding transition to civilian life post-Marine Corps.
