16 May: Thursday: arrival, meet & greet 

17 May: Friday, "Attack The Hill"
- 0700: meet in hotel lobby
- 0730: travel in van to Washington,DC
- 0830: arrive DC, grab a coffee
- 0900: Office calls with select members of the House & Senate
- 1200: Break for lunch
- 1300: Office calls with select members of the House & Senate
- 1600: Meet back at van
- 1630: Depart for hotel
- 1730: Arrive hotel
- 1800: Dinner

18 May: Saturday 
- 0730: meet in hotel lobby
- 0800: Depart for MCRA HQ
- 0830: Business meeting begins. TOPICS to be addressed:

• Debrief of the "Attack The Hill" - 1 hour
• Discussion on following up on Legislative Agenda for 2024, "How we can we drive the point home"
• Discussion on "2024 Annual Meeting" location, if not selected by then
• Update briefing on "The Tun" project
• Update on MC support to America 250th
• Review of changes to membership
• Communication update
• Financial update: MCRA budget 
• Trust funds discussion/briefing
• Review of "WHAT" The Association supports

- We will break for lunch, Association provides
- 1630: Meeting ends
- 1800: those remaining overnight, we will meet in hotel lobby
- 1830: Dinner 

We have made accomidations at a local hotel. We have a contract with the Holiday Inn Express Dumfries-QUANTICO. Their address is 3901 Fettler Park Drive, Dumfries, VA. Phone number is 703-441-9001. You can call and request the Marine Corps Reserve Association rate which is the government rate, $121.98 total per night. 

As we develop the Members of the House & Senate we will update this agenda. Talking points will be provided to all those attending.
