SKILLS ASSESSMENT - Red Hat Training Skills Assessments - By taking a short quiz through this skills assessment link, you will receive a recommended learning path customized for you based on your experience and skill set. Additionally, managers have the option to take a group assessment which identifies knowledge gaps within their team. The group assessment streamlines the process by preventing the need for multiple employees to take the individual assessment and provides a detailed report for recommended courses.
HOW TO GET SIGNED UP - Begin with setting up your corporate Red Hat ID and request DLT portal access using your DOD email address for both processes. Once your ID is set up and you have access to the DLT/TD Synnex portal, you will log into the portal and submit a TAR request via the 'Requests' tab. Make sure to 'Save' and 'Submit' your request. Red Hat Learning Subscriptions help the DON workforce stay on top of industry trends by teaching the latest technologies and products, maintaining their skills, and gaining knowledge with fast, easy training on the entire portfolio of Red Hat products and technologies. DON Authorized Users must have a valid .mil email alias or be supporting Navy/USMC programs, with a sponsor who has a valid .mil email alias.
