President
Col Robert Donaghue, USMCR (Ret.)
Bob is the Operations Manager, Security Department, Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He had a distinguished Marine Career, most recently as Chief of Staff II MACE for which service he received the Legion of Merit. Bob has been active in MCRA/MCROA for over 25 years.

LtCol Hank Malanowski, USMCR
Hank Malanowski is a professional logistician with 22 years of experience in the Marine Corps and civilian sector in all aspects of logistics to include maintenance, supply, engineering, transportation, distribution and management of multimillion-dollar budgets. He currently serves at Headquarters Marine Corps in Washington, DC. During Operation Iraqi Freedom he served in the Logistics Readiness Coordination Center (LRCC), a 24-hour operations center to maintain situational awareness of all Marine Corps logistics issues. The LRCC received the prestigious Logistics Team of the Year Award from the International Society of Logisticians (Greater Washington Area Chapter0 for its wartime role. His civilian occupation is a Supply Chain Analyst for AT&T's Vendor Management Division. Hank currently holds Masters Degrees in Information Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and Systems Management from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Supply Management and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
Maj Brandon W Shearer, USMCR
Major Shearer graduated from the University of Florida and was commissioned in 1992 through NROTC (Marine Option). Upon completion of The Basic School, he was assigned to the 2D Surveillance Reconnaissance Intelligence Group, III MEF as the Motor Transport Officer.
Following that, he was reassigned to 1st Marine Division where he served as Motor Transport Officer for 1/1. After earning his Masters Degree in Environmental Management, he was reassigned as the Environmental and Safety Officer for the G-7, 1st MARDIV followed by
a similar assignment with the G-4 of 1st FSSG. He left active duty in 1998 to pursue a civilian career and joined 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion, Tampa, Florida where he served as the MTO, S-4A, and S-4 officer, including mobilization and deployment in 2003 to Operation
Iraqi Freedom I. Upon return, he was transferred to the Active Reserve program and was assigned to reserve Affairs, Division, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Quantico, V as the operations officer. He is currently pending reassignment to HQBTRY, 14th Marines, Fort
Worth, TX in July where he will serve as the I-I Regimental Logistics Officer.
LtCol Glenn Sadowski, USMCR
Glenn was commissioned in 1989 on graduation from Iona College in New York. His first FMF assignment was with 1/9 and later as a
Platoon Commander with the 1st Light Armored Infantry Battalion during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Subsequent
assignments included Executive Officer, C Company 1st LAR and Commanding Officer Company B, 1st LAR which was attached to BLT 2/5
during Operation "Quick Draw" in Somalia. Glenn was promoted to Captain in July 1994 and assigned as Executive Officer Recruiting
Station, New York in October 1994. He served in this capacity until his departure from active service in December 1997. in May 1998
Glenn joined the Marine Corps Reserve and served in numerous billets with the 2/25. During this time he was promoted to Major (June 1999)
and as Commander, Weapons Company 2/25 deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following his return to the US, Glenn was
subsequently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and graduated from the Marine Corps Command and Staff Course in March 2006. He is
presently the Peace Time War time Support Officer for F/2/25. LtCol Sadowski's awards include the Navy Marine Corps Commendation Medal
with Combat "V" and two gold stars in lieu of second and third awards. He also wears the Combat Action Ribbon. Glenn's civilian
occupation is Chief Operations Officer for Wall Street Services. He is very active in MCRA and the Marine Corps League and is the 1st
Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of War Veterans for the City of Yonkers and Adjutant of Post 1566 of the American Legion. Glenn
is married to the former Claudia Narvaez and they live in Bronxville, NY.
