Marine Corps Reserve Association Board of Directors Meeting
18 September 2010
Quantico, VA
We welcome any interested members to attend this meeting and provide your input to the proceedings. You need not be a member of the Board to participate.

Friday, 17 September and Sunday, 19 September are travel days. No formal events are planned on those dates, however, an informal dinner will be held at the new Globe & Laurel restaurant on Saturday evening.

The Board meeting will take place at the General Gray Research Center

Members travelling by air are encouraged to arrive and depart at the Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI). Limited MCRA assistance with ground transportation to and from Quantico will be available.

Billeting arrangements will be an individual responsibilitty. Numerous billiting options are available at or near Quantico.

Meeting Plan
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1000 and end at 1700 with a lunch break at 1200. At 1300 a conference call will begin for those who wish to participate by phone.

Topics for discussion include a Plan of Action for 2011, Financial Planing for 2011, developing a Schedule of Events for 2011, and developing a slate of nominees for the annual election of officers,
An informal dinner at the Globe & Laurel is scheduled at 1900.

Marine Corps Reserve Association Annual Meeting FOR 2011
Date and place to be decided at next Board of Directors meeting. This meeting is required by law and includes the election of officers. Proxy forms for the meeting will be made available on the Website for those unable to attend in person. Your participation, whether by proxy or in person is very important. A dedicated few have managed to bring the Association back from the brink of bankruptcy. We ask you, the membership, to do your part by voting.
